Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship our gels throughout the Continental US. We ship our Dried Sea Moss Worldwide. 

All gels come packaged with Ice Packs. Please note that we use natural preservatives in our Sea Moss (key lime). If you product arrives with the ice packs defrosted it will still be fresh and consumable. 

Note: While we generally notify you of a delivered notification, please also monitor your tracking, and do not leave product in sun for an extended period of time. 

Processing time

Please allow 3-5 Business days for processing as all items are made to order. We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you would like an item to be shipped out sooner, please pay for expedited 2 day or next day shipping. 

Estimated shipping times

• Continental US : 2-4  business days (time varies based on location)
• International Shipping: 6-10 business days (time varies based on location)

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
