Shipping policy

When you complete your order you will receive confirmation via the email you use or the phone number. Please ensure you use accurate information. 

We ship on Mondays or Tuesdays. 

We will ship via USPS Priority 1-3 days or you can choose an upgraded shipping option via UPS for faster shipping.

If you live in an apartment in most cases the box will be left at your office if your mailbox is not larger enough. Please pay close attention to your tracking. You should receive shipping information via text or email depending on the method you chose. 

Do not leave package outside in the sun for extended period of time. 

We are not responsible for packages that spoil due to not picking it up from your apartment office in time. 

We are not responsible for returned packages due to inaccurate address.
