Bladderwrack is an excellent cell and body builder. Can be mixed with our Sea Moss to produce more nutrients for your cells. This item is grown naturally and not pond grown like many brands. It comes from the Jamaican coastlines. It is then dried and sent to us by our team in Jamaica.
As with all of our products, Bladderwrack is organic.
Bladderwrack contains High mineral content, especially iodine, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and more Vitamin C than orange.
USES
Wash and clean thoroughly to remove any impurities. You may soak your bladderwrack but you do not have to. Use fresh spring or alkaline water to Boil and then steep for about 30 minutes to an hour. You may use as much or as little water but we recommend 64oz of water to 2 oz bladderwrack.
You can then strain and use the liquid to make your seamoss. Use bladderwrack only 3 days per week. Bladderwrack can be used in broth, soups and stews, and cooked with grains and vegetables to impart minerals and other nutrients.
